Labiaplasty Esthetics

The surgery is performed under local or spinal anesthesia. Excess parts of the inner lips, from the sides of the clitoris downwards, are marked. Preoperative photographing is performed. The excess sagging inner lip is removed, reshaped, and stitched to its new location. The surgery may be performed in the operating room, or under clinic settings by means of laser technology. Thus, a more juvenile appearance is ensured. Analgesics and antibiotics are recommended after the procedure. The patient may get back to work within 4-7 days.

Vulvoplasty  

The surgery is performed under local or spinal anesthesia. Preoperative photographing is performed. Since augmentation will be provided with fatty tissue, the region to remove excess fat is decided together with the patient. The fatty tissue removed from another region is injected to the labia majora through designated cannulas. Analgesics and antibiotics are recommended after the procedure. Thus, a more juvenile appearance is ensured. The patient may get back to work within 4-7 days. Exercise and sexual activities may take place 6 weeks later.

All of the methods may be used in combination with each other.

Vaginoplasty

The vaginal problems commonly encountered by women, regardless of age, and considered as taboos can now be eliminated by means of a new technology.

The combination of CO2 laser used for skin resurfacing and the technology named Femilift is capable of minimizing and eliminating vaginal problems under office settings. This technology is used for the treatment of certain problems, including stress related urinary incontinence, vaginal dryness, or dark color of genital skin, as well as vaginoplasty.

Due to delivery and with increasing age, atrophy develops on the vaginal walls, and the connective tissue and collagen level are decreased. Collagen production is enhanced by laser treatment, thereby activating the reconstruction process. Thus, very successful results are obtained in vaginoplasty and stress related urinary incontinence.

For stress related urinary incontinence, prevention and treatment are ensured in the early stages, whereas progression is ensured in the advanced stages.

Before Procedure 
Collection of detailed patient anamnesis, patient examination, collection of the individual’s expectations, information about the procedure, photographing before the procedure, and evaluation of the results after the procedure are performed. Individual’s pregnancy history should be investigated. Vaginal examination should be performed. The patient should not be in menstrual period or have any kind of vaginal discharge. Gynecology and obstetrics consultation may be required, if deemed necessary.

Procedure 
No anesthesia is required. It is performed under office settings. For vaginoplasty, laser beams are shot on the vaginal walls by the help of a special probe. If used for urinary incontinence, shots are performed only in 3 directions. A total of 3 passes are conducted on each region. Customized probes are used. The procedure takes about 30-40 minutes.

After Procedure
The patient may get back to work after the procedure. Use of sanitary pads and exercising personal hygiene are recommended. Sexual intercourse is not advised for about 1 week. It takes 2-3 weeks to take effect. Sessions are required. Three sessions, 1 month apart, are efficient. Afterwards, annual repetitions are adequate for prevention.

Result
Decrease in use of sanitary pads; reduced pain, if existing during sexual intercourse; decrease in use of lubricants, if using; and a reduction in stress related urinary incontinence up to 85%. Postnatal applications are performed for preventive purposes.

What can be done with the same device? 
Labiaplasty, genital skin resurfacing and whitening may also be performed.
